Cruising McMinnville is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was created to present an annual car show and cruise in Historic Downtown McMinnville. From the outset, the executive board and volunteers wanted a portion of event proceeds to go back into McMinnville and Yamhill County. Cruising McMinnville has donated $20,000 to local charities in our area: including Yamhill County CERT, the Willamette Valley Cancer Foundation, Juliette's House, Relay for Life, See Ya Later Foundation, Homeward Bound Pets, and Yamhill County CASA, Y-C Community Pet Heroes, Dayton FFA & With Courage.

 

Cruising McMinnville has given out over $23,000 in Trade School Scholarships and Teacher Grants to local students and teachers.

Our primary mission as a non-profit organization is to support students pursuing careers in the trades – automotive, welding, construction and more. We are pleased to announce that $2000 scholarships will be awarded to Yamhill County graduates moving on to trade schools in the fall. Those scholarships are awarded every spring and we couldn’t be more excited about helping young people reach their trade career goals.

Cruising McMinnville is asking for your support. If you would like to sponsor our community event this summer, click the button below to download the form and mail it with your sponsorship check to Cruising McMinnville by July 15, 2024. Deadline for the Presenting Sponsor spot is May 1st. July 15th is our print deadline for sponsorships and in-kind donations.

• All sponsorship levels will be listed in our Cruising McMinnville program and our
  News Register thank you ad

• In-kind sponsors: please contact us to pick up items and arrange donations
  (raffle items, printing, advertising, etc.) - print deadline is July 15th

• Sponsors starting at $250 will be advertised on banners displayed on 3rd Street on the day of the event

• Sponsors starting at $750 will receive free registration at the show and Cruising McMinnville t-shirts

• Sponsors starting at $1,000 will have a 10x10 booth space available at the car show event, have their logo printed on our staff t-shirts, and get extra love on our website, social media and print advertising.

• Sponsors starting at $2500 will have a 10x20 booth space available at the car show event and will sponsor a trophy at our awards ceremony
