Over $75,000 has been awarded in Scholarships, Grants and Community Giving Since 2018
SCHOLARSHIPS
The Cruising McMinnville team strives to not only host an amazing car show and cruise, but to also support our local youth as they pursue career paths that are supported by a trade school education.
Over $30,000 has been awarded to local youth since 2018!
The intent of this $2000 non-renewable scholarship is to promote and support the skilled trades in our area. Yamhill county high school graduates up to the age of 22 may apply for a scholarship if they are planning on attending a trade school program. This scholarship is intended to pay for student tuition, books & supplies and tool & equipment costs. Up to five (5) scholarships will be awarded annually.
Scholarship applications are due by JUNE 15th each year. Recipients will be notified in early July.
GRANTS
Cruising McMinnville $1,000 STEM grants are used to support activities, equipment, and supplies that benefit students in STEM education in Yamhill County. We strive to provide funding that supports STEM education and makes a difference in our community.
Any Yamhill County school faculty member or STEM-related group leader of grades K-12 is eligible to apply for grant funds, a total of 3 grants will be awarded each school year.
